KME Gold Series Fine - 600 grit Diamond Hone
Fine - 600 grit: The 600-grit hone refines your edges, taking them from shaving sharp to true hair popping sharp. The 600-grit hone is often adequate as a first step for light edge maintenance.
Like all our KME Gold Series diamond hones, the diamonds are so well attached to the base plate that we have yet to be able to wear one out. (And we sharpen lots of knives!)
