KME Gold Series X-Fine - 1500 grit Diamond Hone
X-Fine - 1500 grit: The 1500-grit hone produces true razor edges while retaining just a bit of a toothy bite and will refine your edges to truly “showing off sharp”.
Like all our KME Gold Series diamond hones, the diamonds are so well attached to the base plate that we have yet to be able to wear one out. (And we sharpen lots of knives!)
